Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and lead 5 Pre-Cast Associates.
  • •Perform mold preparation and handle demolding repair when needed.
  • •Mix and set up materials, apply texture coat, and operate sprayers/pump equipment to fill molds.
  • •Sand and finish demolded parts and apply sealer to finished pieces.
  • •Maintain a safe working environment, clean and maintain shop tools/equipment, manage materials, and perform quarterly/monthly inventory.
