Foreman Pre-Cast

Supervise pre-cast concrete production in a hands-on shop environment, partnering with the Plant Manager to train and direct a small team of Pre-Cast Associates. Lead key manufacturing tasks including mold preparation, batch mixing, texture coating, demolding repair, finishing, and sealer application. Maintain a safe workplace, keep tools and equipment in working order, manage materials and inventory, and help ensure weekly production schedules, quality, safety, and cost controls are met.
