Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and align FE production critical reports for line management, inventory management, and cycle time.
  • •Own and maintain global inventory metrics, business processes, and reports; consolidate fab metrics for executive updates.
  • •Partner with sites and supply chain teams to enable timely communication of deviations, die mix, and pull-in changes supporting NPI qualification and sample schedules.
  • •Lead efficiency improvements through automation for fab/ probe area metrics consolidation and deploy BKM report automation.
  • •Provide technical leadership for NPI wafers and cycle time, mentor engineers, and manage/monitor projects to meet deliverables and deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Analyze line performance and provide line direction using Line Management and Inventory Management concepts to meet NPI business plans.
  • •Use weekly wafer starts/wafer outs business process knowledge to manage NPI inventory management and forecasting.
  • •Collaborate across Area/Shift Production, Engineering, and IE to continually improve NPI metrics such as wafers starts, wafer out, samples delivery, and cycle time.
  • •Lead proof-of-concepts and support deployment of BKM reports and automation to improve fab/probe area efficiency and productivity.
  • •Serve as a technical authority for NPI wafers and cycle time, translating technical analysis into actionable business recommendations.
