Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop PE strategy, positioning, and messaging across PE stakeholder groups (e.g., CFOs, COOs, Heads of Finance and Fund Operations, Investor Relations) and articulate differentiated value propositions.
  • •Build PE persona and industry playbooks, including buyer/influencer roles, priorities, objections, and content needs at each stage of the sales journey.
  • •Co-create deal-winning collateral with Sales leadership (executive briefs, ROI narratives, competitive battlecards, stakeholder-specific decks) and shape messaging for high-stakes opportunities.
  • •Conduct voice-of-customer research via interviews, win/loss analysis, and Sales feedback; own and disseminate competitive intelligence to keep the go-to-market motion aligned.
  • •Use AI agents and tooling to research accounts and synthesize customer/competitive inputs, applying judgment to decide what automation should accelerate.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in the private equity ecosystem (at a PE firm, a fund administrator, or a company selling into PE), with understanding of how PE firms operate and what buyers care about.
  • •Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy roles is advantageous, with a strong bias toward supporting Sales and influencing deal outcomes.
  • •AI fluency using LLMs, agents, and AI automation tools to accelerate work, plus understanding of where human judgment is critical.
