Manager, Structural Engineering, Compression Systems Engineering (Hybrid)

Manage a team of structural engineers supporting the design, development, and in-service support of low- and high-pressure compressor components. Build technical plans and manpower strategies aligned to program milestones, provide structural guidance across engineering changes and production issues, and review/approve structural analyses and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Partner with structures discipline managers to drive AS9100/CORE continuous improvement and lead employee development through coaching and individual development plans.
