Job Summary

Lead corporate banking client management in Mumbai by driving revenue and asset/liability targets from an existing portfolio and acquiring new clients. Support strategic growth and cross-sell initiatives to grow banking wallets for companies with international footprints. Monitor portfolios for early warning signals, complete annual reviews, and ensure FCC compliance, audit/regulatory actions, and covenant monitoring are tracked and closed. Mentor ARMs and coordinate with internal stakeholders while proactively identifying and mitigating financial crime risks (AML, sanctions, and AB&C).

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver revenue and asset/liability targets from the existing client portfolio and acquire new clients in a compliant manner.
•Drive strategic growth targets aligned to the bank’s Portfolio Returns and lead cross-sell initiatives to grow banking wallets for international-footprint companies.
•Monitor and screen the portfolio for early warning signals, perform annual reviews on time, and ensure approval conditions and covenant monitoring are tracked and closed.
•Mentor ARMs to support clients’ needs and contribute to ARM development.
•Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Risk, CDT OPS, GPS, GTS) to service corporate customers effectively and capture wallet opportunities; ensure FCC compliance and implementation of audit/regulatory recommendations.

Key Requirements

•CA/MBA with at least 5 years of experience in a client management and corporate banking role.
•Strong commercial banking knowledge including credit and lending, trade and treasury products, key market sectors, local regulatory environment, and financial analysis.
•Ability to interact with and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•Capacity to handle fast turnarounds, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.
•Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (advantage).
