Lead technical strategy, capture management, and solution architecture for cyber-secured C5ISR defence solutions. Oversee multidisciplinary teams, shape product roadmaps, ensure governance and cyber assurance, and engage with defence customers and NATO stakeholders to deliver resilient, future-ready systems in a high-security environment.

•Technical Capture & Delivery of C5ISR Solutions: define integrated solution architectures across defence domains and drive alignment of platforms into a cohesive digital battlespace.
•Team Leadership & Collaboration: establish and lead cross-functional technical teams, including cyber and information assurance experts, across local and remote resources.
•Product & Portfolio Contribution: collaborate with product management and solution architects to ensure cyber-assured solutions reflecting customer requirements and secure-by-design principles.
•Stakeholder Management: build strong relationships with Defence customers, industrial partners, cyber authorities, and Thales leaders; represent Thales in forums.
•Governance & Delivery: ensure compliance with project, engineering, and cyber security standards; drive risk management and operational excellence.

•Skilled at developing teams, coaching technical talent and driving professional discipline growth.
