Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project stakeholders.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
  • •Manage contract change, supporting governance, best practice, value engineering, and final account negotiation.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven cost and commercial management experience.
  • •Preferably MRICS.
  • •Experience with NEC3 contracts, in particular Option C – Target Cost.
  • •Experience with post contract administration.
  • •Experience working on major programmes and infrastructure projects (e.g., rail, air, marine/ports, utilities, highways).
