Associate Cost Manager

Manage cost and commercial activities for major infrastructure programmes, building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor costs, forecast to completion, and report against budgets while proactively managing variances and contract cash flow. Administer contracts, lead contract change under governance, support value engineering, and help ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed. Lead people and commissions as needed and improve forecasting accuracy over time.
