Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned components of the Logistics & Transportation budget and support development of the Annual Operating Plan, monthly projections, and longer-range financial outlooks.
  • •Perform monthly analysis of actual results versus projections/AOP/prior year and track risks and opportunities to recommend actions.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including review of accruals, journal entries, cost-center results, and financial rollups.
  • •Partner with logistics/transportation and cross-functional stakeholders to build assumptions, challenge inputs, and support decision-making with scenario modeling and business cases.
  • •Lead day-to-day priorities and development for assigned finance team members, coaching and maintaining execution quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of progressive Finance or FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • •Leadership and influence experience coaching, mentoring, and developing finance talent.
  • •Experience owning or supporting a significant operating-expense budget and translating operating drivers into financial outcomes.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience working in ERP and enterprise planning/reporting environments.
