Safeguard Sephora’s assets while helping create a safe, inclusive store environment. Spend most of your time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and reinforce safety protocols. Lead training and meetings, partner with store and district leaders on shrink-reduction initiatives, monitor/investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, and respond to incidents through de-escalation, audits, and required compliance.
