Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure and steer development projects from requirements analysis to pilot operation.
  • •Provide technical and functional leadership for interdisciplinary teams.
  • •Translate requirements into viable technical concepts and implementable work packages.
  • •Clarify architecture, interface, and integration questions on the technical level.
  • •Coordinate with product management, engineering, and sales regarding customer value, priorities, and implementation paths; manage quality, risks, resources, schedules, and costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or a comparable technical program.
  • •Several years of experience in software development or in software-driven development projects.
  • •Understanding of modern software architectures, interfaces, and integration concepts.
  • •Willingness to take technical responsibility and orient development teams.
  • •Experience with agile development processes; project management certification is a plus.
