Job Summary

Design, implement, and manage control systems hardware and application software for DCS/ESD/F&G (ICSS) projects. Deliver technical solutions to customers within schedule and budget by performing detailed engineering, system architecture, BOM work, and application development. Collaborate with project leadership, execute FAT, support site commissioning and cut-overs, perform loop checking, and supervise installation activities while ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform control systems hardware and application software detailed engineering for ICSS projects (DCS, ESD, F&G).
•Deliver customer technical solutions within agreed schedule and budget, completing assigned scope to plan with quality.
•Collaborate with project lead, engineering supervisor, and project manager while understanding RFQs, specifications, and architecture.
•Develop and integrate control system applications (including HMI), execute testing, and support FAT, site commissioning, cut-overs, and loop checking.
•Supervise site visits for installation supervision, SAT/pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover, while ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with DCS, Safety PLC, and PLC (preferably Honeywell systems) across detail engineering, testing, and commissioning.
•Experience integrating third-party systems interfaces such as Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC (UA/DA/HDA/A&E), Profinet, Profibus, and similar protocols.
•Knowledge of HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and Profibus.
•Experience with advanced L2/L3 nodes (alarm, history, asset, network management) and related control networking.
•Bachelor’s degree (BE/B Tech) in Instrumentation or Electronics.
