Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in the production area.
  • •Diagnose and test malfunctioning machinery, discuss issues with facility personnel, and replace or repair faulty components.
  • •Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed or repaired machines and equipment.
  • •Calibrate and adjust equipment to manufacturer specifications and improve reliability and operating efficiency.
  • •Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, prepare maintenance reports, maintain stock of tools and electrical parts, and maintain housekeeping of the maintenance shop and production areas.

  • •High school diploma/equivalent or completion of technical school or equivalent training, experience, and education.
  • •At least 2 years of industrial experience in electrical or mechanical support functions.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements, especially for electrical and mechanical operations and components.
  • •Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • •Full knowledge of three-phase 480-volt equipment and working knowledge of three-phase motors, programmable controls, circuits, and the National Electrical Code.
