Job Summary

Own end-to-end financial reporting and maintain the integrity of accounting ledgers, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting to the Finance Director. Lead FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis), manage financial statements and disclosures, and develop financial policies, controls, and risk-mitigation strategies. Partner with auditors and regulators, oversee finance systems/technologies (ERP with SAP), and mentor the finance team to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all financial activities to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
•Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
•Manage financial reporting, including financial statements, management reports, and financial disclosures for timely stakeholder updates.
•Develop financial policies, procedures, controls, and risk-mitigation strategies to safeguard assets and comply with internal governance.
•Mentor and develop the finance team, and oversee implementation of finance systems/technologies to improve efficiency and transparency.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
•2 years GCC experience is a plus.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, or Business Administration (or related field).
•Advanced knowledge of financial principles, accounting, financial analysis, and financial management.
•Proficiency with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements, with ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills).
