Job Summary

Provide L3 engineering support for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), including administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident handling. Troubleshoot private and internet application connectivity issues, perform root-cause analysis for recurring problems, and manage approved changes in maintenance windows. Own policy administration for URL filtering, SSL inspection, firewall and data protection policies, and coordinate connectivity and integrations with branch/cloud connectors, TAC/SOC, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L3 support for ZIA and ZPA, including administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of the deployment.
•Troubleshoot private and internet application access issues and investigate user-reported incidents within SLA/TAT.
•Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and major incidents.
•Create and maintain security policy configurations, including URL filtering, SSL inspection, firewall, data protection, cloud application control, and ZPA application segmentation policies.
•Support connectivity and integrations (branch/cloud connectors, PAC files/forwarding profiles, traffic forwarding, app connector deployments), and coordinate with TAC, SOC, and internal network/server/application teams; manage approved changes and maintain documentation/SOPs/HLDs/LLDs.

Key Requirements

•Provide L3 support with strong hands-on experience of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC), and Branch/Cloud Connector deployments.
•Troubleshoot private and internet application access issues.
•Investigate and resolve incidents with defined SLA/TAT and perform root cause analysis for recurring and major incidents.
•Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSL/TLS.
•Hold the mandatory Zscaler certifications: Zscaler Certified Support Specialist and Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCCA).
