Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Managing Directors to develop new business ideas, pitch strategies, and transaction financing scenarios for corporate clients and financial sponsors.
  • •Perform extensive financial statement modeling and analyze model output to prioritize information and present conclusions.
  • •Conduct company and industry research and provide indicative deal structure and pricing guidance based on models and comparable transactions.
  • •Prepare pitch materials and detailed transaction marketing materials, including confidential memoranda and lender presentations.
  • •Support transaction execution through due diligence, drafting/negotiating legal documentation, coordinating with sales distribution on syndication strategy and data room access, and assisting through closing.
