Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee workplace operations at the Dublin site(s), directing building operations, front of house, shipping & receiving, events support, and employee health and safety.
  • •Lead, coach, and motivate a team of workplace services professionals, driving performance management and continuous improvement.
  • •Monitor service levels and utilization, identify trends and root causes, and resolve operational issues to improve workplace operations.
  • •Ensure operational accountability by holding workplace partners and service providers to contractual obligations, service levels, and operational standards.
  • •Develop and oversee the Dublin office opex budget for facilities, fixed assets, and events in partnership with Finance & Strategy and IFM.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in workplace/hospitality management in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service orientation and operational best practices.
  • •Demonstrated ability in facilities management, vendor management, and budget management.
  • •Experience managing a team with the ability to develop, coach, and motivate for continuous improvement.
  • •Ability to synthesize operational data, stakeholder feedback, and business context into clear recommendations.
