Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and implement contractor safety plans and champion safety across all construction aspects, including “Nobody gets Hurt.”
  • •Steward interfaces between contractors and project entities, production operations, and drilling; manage interface with ADNOC for brownfield works.
  • •Lead commissioning planning teams, readiness reviews/workshops/CERs, and establish commissioning organization, resourcing, and execution plans.
  • •Ensure detailed design deliverables support constructability and manage contractor commissioning planning/execution to comply with project objectives and quality expectations.
  • •Report commissioning progress, performance, initiatives, and issues; mentor and train UAE Nationals and lead project commissioning teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent, plus a Master’s degree in management or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 20+ years’ experience in the oil & gas sector, including commissioning management experience on large projects.
  • •Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
  • •Experience working with contractors and suppliers and managing related interfaces.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
