Job Summary

Support budgeting, forecasting, and OPEX recalibrations by coordinating with business stakeholders and finance teams. Create periodic and ad-hoc MIS reports, financial analyses, and KPI dashboards, and analyze variances versus budgets and forecasts to improve cost control and performance. Review statutory financial statements for compliance, maintain budget models and reporting systems with accurate data, and help enhance policies, templates, and governance tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support development, consolidation, and monitoring of annual OPEX budgets, forecasts, and budget recalibrations with stakeholders and finance teams.
•Coordinate with departments and business units to gather budget inputs and support timely preparation of annual budgets.
•Prepare periodic and ad-hoc MIS reports, financial analyses, and KPI dashboards to support management decisions and cost control initiatives.
•Analyze operational and financial performance, investigate variances versus budgets and forecasts, and provide insights to improve performance and resource utilization.
•Review statutory financial statements and supporting records to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CA, ACCA, CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
•3–5 years of experience in finance, budgeting, management reporting, or FP&A, preferably in real estate.
•Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, statutory financial statements, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex data analysis, and reporting; experience with Oracle, MIS, and budgeting systems.
•Experience managing general ledger accounts, preparing financial reports, and conducting variance analysis; strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
