•Lead execution of strategic CRM initiatives across Sales, Service, Customer Experience, Commercial Excellence, and Digital Transformation domains.
•Own initiative delivery from intake and planning through deployment, stabilization, and value realization, including defining scope, milestones, and success criteria.
•Coordinate business and IT delivery by aligning business requirements with technical solutions, capacity, timelines, and dependencies; remove barriers and resolve issues.
•Manage Agile delivery by translating business needs into epics/features/user stories, supporting backlog refinement, and coordinating sprint and release planning.
•Drive value realization with CRM dashboards and KPI frameworks, measure outcomes, and support UAT and change/adoption activities, including AI-enabled transformation support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
•5+ years leading complex CRM, digital transformation, business transformation, technology delivery, consulting, or commercial excellence initiatives.
•Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders, business functions, and technology teams.
•Experience delivering in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
•Strong understanding of CRM-enabled business processes (Sales, Service, Customer Experience, or Commercial Excellence) and partnering with IT delivery organizations.
