Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trusted relationships with PPL Centers of Excellence and leaders to deliver decision-specific evidence
  • •Combine business context with evidence from people data science/engineering, employee listening & research, and AI strategy to define the shared problem
  • •Scan lifecycle topics for emerging questions and patterns and proactively surface them before formal requests
  • •Reframe ambiguous requests into decision-focused evidence questions and activate the right capability (data science, listening & research, or AI strategy)
  • •Coordinate delivery of decision artifacts (briefs, dashboards, findings, models, analytic tools) and iterate as evidence evolves

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years using people or business data to inform decisions in ambiguous, cross-functional environments
  • •Experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders, and building trust without relying on authority
  • •Track record of building durable, ongoing relationships with business stakeholders and tailoring solutions to their context
  • •Comfort shifting between strategic framing and domain technical/operational details while maintaining credibility
  • •Fluency in quantitative/qualitative analysis and research methods (mixed-methods research, causal inference, experimental design), including direct work with structured data (e.g., SQL)
