Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive technical assurance by promoting procedures, monitoring standards compliance, and rolling out learning opportunities.
  • •Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary engineering team, including recruitment, selection, performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • •Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate engineering activities for assigned projects/contracts, ensuring cost, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • •Own engineering content for project execution plans and direct engineering and associated project activities, including client consultation and proposal/explanation of engineering reports.
  • •Develop and implement engineering policies, standards, and procedures, serving as a process owner and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in discipline engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience with Wood or legacy Wood companies.
  • •Experience in EPCM contract will be advantageous.
  • •Several years of supervisory experience, including understanding health and safety, training, and performance evaluation.
  • •Good knowledge of regulatory framework and associated legislation, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
