Key Responsibilities

  • •Own prompt intake and first-round markup of investment-related NDAs and related documents to meet client turnaround times.
  • •Support UK lawyers with first-round drafting and ad hoc legal work to help attorneys focus on complexity.
  • •Set up and coordinate client workflows, manage document portals, and drive contracts through to execution.
  • •Deliver crisp, commercially sound contract support balancing speed with attention to detail.

  • •2+ years of experience in transactional or corporate practice groups or an in-house commercial legal team, with hands-on exposure to commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting.

  • •A strong grasp of relevant legal concepts and commercial pragmatism to flag issues and handle execution.
  • •Crisp, concise written and verbal communication for clients and colleagues.
  • •Ability to review and negotiate in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin (desirable).
