Job Summary

Provide technical expertise and governance for the Baker Hughes Control System install base across the Services APACI region. Design and develop control systems for power system control, protection, and monitoring, and prepare and validate project specifications to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Build test plans for safety and functional verification, lead HSE and quality requirements, manage CTR planning, and deliver 24/7 on-call engineering support when needed.

•Prepare, review, and validate technical specifications for control system projects to ensure compliance with scope, standards, and customer requirements.
•Develop test plans and verification procedures to confirm all functional and safety requirements before customer engagement.
•Lead applicable Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements for engineering activities.
•Provide technical engineering support and leadership, including rota-based 24-7 engineering on-call, and manage CTR planning to support on-time delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
•At least 5 years of engineering experience, ideally in the Oil & Gas industry or related service organization.
•Field experience in subsea installations, troubleshooting, and interventions.
•Service-based customer first mindset, with understanding of risk analysis and hazard mitigation.
•Knowledge of environmental, health and safety, and quality regulations in the oil and gas industry.
