Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical sales support by advising project managers on developing and documenting technical MA&TC system solutions
  • •Participate in creating the Statement of Work for projects
  • •Pre-configure, install, and integrate demo systems; support sales and present systems to customers as needed
  • •Estimate IT services and hardware costs and assist with tender responses based on technical requirements and feasibility
  • •Install, commission, and support MA&TC solutions; verify functionality and integrate into customer architectures with remote support transfer
  • •Provide ongoing technical support and documentation during the contract, perform software upgrades and follow regulatory requirements
  • •Respond to customer or distributor requests regarding extensions, renewals, and maintenance of installed MA&TC systems and propose quotes or contract amendments
  • •Lead Level 2 support for MA&TC in post-go-live scenarios and assist with escalation processes on-site as needed
  • •Execute project planning on-site or remotely and adapt solutions during project execution
  • •Develop and conduct internal and external trainings to ensure proper solution adoption

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in medical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field (Diploma/Master)
  • •Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • •Experience in MA&TC project management or service is a plus
  • •Strong IT and networking knowledge
  • •Knowledge of the relevant product portfolio and fluent German and English
