Lead a team of hourly associates in Carvana’s Inspection Center, managing the safe movement of vehicles for repairs while meeting production and quality targets. Oversee daily operations, coach and performance-manage team members, and ensure adherence to systems, policies, and standards. Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, train associates on quality control to complete repairs effectively the first time, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair versus rejection decisions.
