Key Responsibilities

•Manage the implementation of strong administration of subcontractors through company procedures.
•Participate in contractual meetings with clients/consultants to align on terms.
•Provide practical guidance in the preparation of extension of time and other claims; ensure successful conclusion of such claims.
•Develop standards for contracts including budgets, payment terms and provisions.
•Close out subcontract final accounts within 2 months of scope completion and reduce contract risks across projects.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of Contract and Tender requirements of all types of Contract Conditions, with thorough understanding of FIDIC contracts
•Fluency in English (written and spoken)
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills
•Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years in a supervisory position; 2 years GCC experience is a plus
•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Professional degree in FIDIC Certification or Chartered membership with CIOB or RICS
