Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the structural design and delivery of projects across a range of market sectors.
  • •Prepare structural analysis, calculations, design reports, specifications, and engineering documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
  • •Assist in delivering designs that comply with relevant Australian Standards, the National Construction Code (NCC/BCA), and client requirements.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to develop practical, efficient and sustainable design solutions.
  • •Support project delivery by contributing to project milestones, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • •Around 2–5 years’ experience in structural engineering, ideally with exposure to building structures.
  • •Experience contributing to structural design projects within a consulting environment.
  • •Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as SpaceGass, ETABS, RAPT, and Structural Toolkit.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
