Key Requirements

  • •Technical qualifications from an approved TAFE or tertiary institution, with ideally 10+ years’ experience in BIM modelling within electrical building services.
  • •Demonstrated experience producing high-quality, data-rich electrical models and documentation using Revit.
  • •Strong understanding of BIM standards including ISO 19650, and experience coordinating multidisciplinary models.
  • •Excellent communication skills to facilitate BIM workshops, present to stakeholders, and prepare project reports.
  • •Experience with Revizto is highly regarded; knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, and Power BI is desirable.
