Key Responsibilities

•Support the creator education strategy for TikTok Shop, including designing and producing educational content (videos, guides, tutorials).
•Set up, write, and execute creator communications across Push, Inbox, WhatsApp, and Email, including copywriting, message setup, and campaign deployment (CTR, OR).
•Manage the day-to-day operations of WhatsApp creator communities, including content sharing, moderation, follow-ups, and coordination around initiatives.
•Collaborate with content agencies to coordinate deliverables, review scripts, provide feedback, and align on marketing and performance objectives.
•Support execution and follow-up of TikTok Shop campaigns (competitions, missions, special initiatives) and research/analyze other markets’ creator education and marketing strategies to propose improvements.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related major.
•Strong interest in digital content, creator marketing, TikTok, and the e-commerce ecosystem.
•Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
•Experience or strong interest in content production (video, scripting, copywriting), ideally with familiarity with TikTok-style content.
•Submit an English-language resume.
