Job Summary

Provide pre-sales technical leadership for Philips ACI product lines, serving as the primary technical expert during presales engagements across India, APAC, and META. Own solution architecture design, sizing, assumptions, and technical risk identification. Lead discovery and architecture workshops with customers and partners, define end-to-end data flows from bedside devices through Capsule MDI into third-party systems, and support competitive differentiation and handover to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical expert for ACI products, supporting presales engagements and the sales team with technical support for assigned regions.
•Own solution architecture design, sizing, assumptions, and technical risk identification for sales opportunities.
•Contribute to presales documentation and artifacts such as Solution Design Documents (SDD), solution architectures, and Statements of Work.
•Provide pre-sales expertise across Capsule MDI and related solutions, including device integrations and interoperability/integration workflows.
•Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, solution walkthroughs, site assessments, demonstrations, and support handover to delivery when needed.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or a health science, or equivalent.
•Minimum 4 years of experience in a commercial capacity in Healthcare Technology, Healthcare Analytics, or Information Technology.
•Hands-on experience supporting, designing, implementing, or selling healthcare software solutions such as CIS, EMR/EHR, medical device integration, interoperability, or clinical analytics platforms.
•Ability to present, design, influence, and advise customers on complex technical solutions through the sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, proposals, and technical validation.
•Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity principles, and healthcare interoperability/integration technologies including HL7, FHIR, APIs, SQL, and XML/JSON workflows.
