Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare product structures for non-standard modules based on BOM released by E&S.
  • •Coordinate with E&S/BU and the purchase team for delivery information for ongoing projects and prepare project plans.
  • •Study month plan, identify shortages per unit, and follow up on critical shortages with BU and purchase team.
  • •Prepare packing lists for units in testing and ready for dispatch, based on PO, drawings, and product structure; coordinate with stores for spares/release.
  • •Support general activities including ALPS and ISO requirements, inventory reduction/optimization, and initiating C2/near-miss actions for shop issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in module order handling and shop planning activities
  • •Ability to read drawings and understand PID and GA
  • •Working knowledge of module components such as valves and instruments
  • •Knowledge of material standards (additional advantage)
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO/HSE, and IT tools
