Own daily DEPS recording and control to ensure zero cases, monitoring location-, zone-, and customer-specific performance. Identify gaps, share root-cause analysis, and partner with Operations to drive timely closure and recovery. Coordinate with insurance for on-time claim settlement, manage issuance of COF and credit note workflows, and publish DEPS performance data while driving continuous improvement against KPI/metrics.
