  • •Oversee financial health including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability.
  • •Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws; maintain documentation of decisions and procedures.
  • •Lead Accounting Managers and Delivery Support, including performance reviews, professional development, and client onboarding to standards.
  • •Provide technical oversight by reviewing and signing off on complex client engagements and serving as the primary escalation point for client issues.
