Global Benefits Specialist - 12 Month FTC

Own global benefits initiatives end-to-end within the Total Rewards team, supporting statutory and supplementary programmes across multiple countries. You’ll administer benefits, drive operational improvements to enrolment processes and systems using Workday, and manage day-to-day relationships with brokers and insurers. Conduct market benchmarking and analyse claims/utilisation data to improve competitiveness and identify trends, risks, and recommendations. Communicate benefits clearly through employee-facing guides, FAQs, and digital content.
