Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution and collation of change risk assessment processes within the business unit risk appetite scope.
  • •Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to produce risk-informed perspectives on operational risk, governance, and regulatory impact.
  • •Collaborate with subject matter experts across first and second lines of defense and business leadership to embed risk appetite into planning and decisions.
  • •Lead enterprise risk programs, including Enterprise Risk Identification & Assessment (ERIA) and Key Strategic Initiatives (KSIs) for the business unit.
  • •Create concise presentations and materials for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, and support regulatory meeting agendas and exam fieldwork.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, internal audit, or governance roles.

  • •Experience facilitating risk assessments, workshops, and governance forums with management or senior leadership.
