Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and negotiate renewal terms with clients and insurers, and prepare renewal proposals and claims analysis.
  • •Lead pre-renewal and renewal meetings to align on terms and expectations.
  • •Draft and finalize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and present benefits programs to employees for clear communication and engagement.
  • •Handle day-to-day operations including employee movement updates, underwriting follow-ups, HR/employee inquiries, and invoice tracking.
  • •Serve as escalation point for client queries and feedback, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and support operational excellence KPIs and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably from a broking or insurance background with proven expertise in employee benefits consulting.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing large and complex employee benefits portfolios.
  • •Strong end-to-end understanding of employee benefits, including plan design, renewals, negotiations, ongoing servicing, and escalations.
  • •Skilled in managing client expectations, handling challenging conversations, and delivering practical solutions.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage heavy workloads, and coordinate multiple stakeholders while meeting deadlines.
