Job Summary

Support end-to-end HR generalist activities, partnering with managers on full-cycle recruiting, coordinating onboarding through HRIS, and managing time-off and attendance in ADP. Help drive culture and engagement initiatives, maintain job descriptions and work structure, and lead HRIS training for employees and managers. Conduct exit interviews, analyze HR reporting needs, ensure safety and compliance with labor and HR federal regulations, and participate in the Sika SAFE Program in Marion.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with full life cycle recruiting with managers, including posting roles in the ATS, screening candidates, interviewing, reference checks, and offer letters.
•Onboard new employees via HRIS, conduct new hire orientation, and administer time-off recording in ADP according to policy.
•Collaborate on culture and engagement initiatives, including internal communication, recognition, succession planning, and internal promotions.
•Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions, and conduct and analyze exit interviews with recommendations.
•Participate in the Sika SAFE Program, support employee safety and compliance with labor and HR federal regulations, and handle disciplinary meetings and investigations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
•3+ years of human resources experience, including strong HRIS experience.

•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
