Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with full life cycle recruiting with managers, including posting roles in the ATS, screening candidates, interviewing, reference checks, and offer letters.
  • •Onboard new employees via HRIS, conduct new hire orientation, and administer time-off recording in ADP according to policy.
  • •Collaborate on culture and engagement initiatives, including internal communication, recognition, succession planning, and internal promotions.
  • •Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions, and conduct and analyze exit interviews with recommendations.
  • •Participate in the Sika SAFE Program, support employee safety and compliance with labor and HR federal regulations, and handle disciplinary meetings and investigations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of human resources experience, including strong HRIS experience.
