Production Operator - Entry | 3rd Shift

Operate and support bakery production lines in Downers Grove, working a 3rd-shift schedule. You’ll set up and adjust equipment (e.g., moulder/pan feeder and multiple packaging roles), maintain quality and food safety standards (HACCP/CTS/GMP/JSA), and perform formula and label management checks. This role involves hands-on work with conveyors, baking/packaging machines, daily communication boards, and meeting physical requirements in a high-paced environment.
