Key Responsibilities

  • •Use SAP to perform goods receipts, goods issues, inventory movement, and related transactions.
  • •Access vendor websites to obtain Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and support quality documentation.
  • •Perform kitting of GMP orders from SAP-generated pick lists and execute inventory cycle counts.
  • •Move GMP and non-GMP materials using manual labor and pallet jacks, and replenish materials at point-of-use (POU) racks daily.
  • •Coordinate shipments, perform pack outs, provide loading dock coverage for receiving deliveries, and hand off shipments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43 - 57 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of GMP warehouse or logistics experience.
  • •Experience with ERP/computer-based inventory systems, with SAP EWM preferred.
  • •Adhere to all safety requirements and follow SOPs and detailed verbal instructions.
  • •Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • •Ability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts as required, and carry an on-call phone per schedule.
