Job Summary

Execute Ingersoll Rand ETO Rotary Orders and drive continuous improvement in a site-based role in Gorle. Partner with Project Management, Design Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure customer order requirements are met from planning through delivery. Lead technical discussions and reviews with customers, vendors, and packagers, manage communications, and collaborate on scope and troubleshooting to improve project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute ETO Rotary Orders and ensure project requirements are met throughout the customer order and improvement-project lifecycle.
•Collaborate with Project Manager and cross-functional teams (Design, Operations, Manufacturing) for order success and customer satisfaction.
•Attend internal/external meetings and manage customer communications with customers, vendors, and packagers.
•Conduct technical reviews of requirements, specifications, and designs, and participate in discussions on scope.
•Support engineering functions across Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering.

Salary: EUR 25,000 - 32,000

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of process engineering experience and the ability to lead technical conversations with customers and internal teams.
•Competency in industrial machinery, project execution, industrial equipment specifications, and documentation workflows.
•Basic familiarity with major subsystems, with the ability to assist with proposals and troubleshoot issues in the field.
•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of documentation/workflows (SAP/Winchill is a plus).
•BS in Mechanical Engineering or another engineering discipline (or equivalent technical education), plus English level B2.
