Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the demand planning process by creating unconstraint demand and the Demand Planning Signal for assigned countries, channels, brands, and categories.
  • •Ensure timely, accurate outputs by managing demand planning in SCM-APO and AFS-SCA, including data integrity validation and cleansing before forecasting maintenance.
  • •Resolve integration issues across RMA, SCM-APO, AFS-SCA, and MSTR; validate marketing range forecasts and RMA forecasts per channel.
  • •Lead demand review and in-season forecasting analysis, including unconsumed demand review, forecast phasing visibility, and releasing unconsumed demand to free capacity by cut-off date.
  • •Measure and report forecast accuracy (DPA) at market, brand, channel, and article levels, and participate in root-cause analysis for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4–5 years of demand planning experience within a large sales organization.
  • •Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Advanced analytical capability with attention to detail and ability to manage the “big picture.”
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with SAP APO and MicroStrategy.
