Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and workers to complete projects safely and efficiently.
  • •Ensure quality of works, minimize rework, and keep execution aligned with approved shop drawings and method statements.
  • •Monitor approved drawings and coordinate activities based on as-built requirements for major elements of work.
  • •Supervise labor, materials, and equipment movement, ensuring resources are distributed properly and within budget/cost targets.
  • •Enforce safety procedures, report risks, support HSE initiatives, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution aligned with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain acceptable quality of work to minimize reworks and effectively use available resources.
  • •Monitor and control the latest valid drawings issued for use.
  • •Perform corrective actions for work requiring rework or remedial actions as instructed by the site engineer.
  • •Ensure works are achieved based on approved shop drawings and method statements, completed on or before scheduled dates.
  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience (2 years GCC is a plus).
