Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience performing and managing building hazardous material (asbestos, lead paint, etc.) surveys, abatement oversight, and related design/industrial hygiene projects.
  • •BA/BS (or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education).
  • •Must have 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training.
  • •Must have EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector Certification.
  • •Must have New England state-specific asbestos licenses/certifications (MA, ME, NH, CT) or be eligible to obtain them; valid Driver’s License; US Citizenship required.
