Job Summary

Lead the Business Technology Platform global team and govern R&D innovation within the GBL. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Business Technology Platform global team and manage R&D innovation within the GBL.
•Provide insight and expertise across SAP development and innovation, including hands-on participation when required.
•Manage an innovation “funnel” with budget control and resource allocation.
•Manage 4 multi-million-euro R&D projects and staff.
•Partner with the CTO on innovation strategy; support pre-sales and bids; publish blogs and whitepapers; engage senior leaders at key customers to embed requested features.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years’ experience as an SAP Development Consultant.
•Experience implementing SAP BTP Integration Suite (at least 7 full implementations).
•Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling.
•Responsibility for developing offerings and go-to-market strategy.
•Certified SAP BTP and SAP Business AI, plus certification in at least one other SAP discipline.
