Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement construction execution plans and methodologies, coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, structural, and other disciplines.
  • •Monitor progress against the baseline schedule, build look-ahead and recovery plans, identify critical-path risks, and produce construction forecasts and progress reports.
  • •Manage day-to-day site construction activities, supervise teams and subcontractors, coordinate site logistics and inspections, and run coordination meetings.
  • •Ensure quality and HSE compliance by aligning work to drawings/specifications and standards, coordinating QA/QC inspections and closure of NCRs/punch points, and enforcing safety processes.
  • •Control construction costs and resources, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and support completion through commissioning turnover, punch-list clearance, and handover documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
  • •Typically 10–15+ years of construction experience, preferably in EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong experience managing multidisciplinary construction activities.
  • •Experience working with EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
  • •Good knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, QA/QC, and HSE requirements, including relevant international standards (API, ASME, IEC, NFPA, ASTM).
