Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deploy agentic AI solutions, including autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and agent-based workflow automation.
  • •Build AI architectures and drive architecture governance, code quality, and technical standards.
  • •Develop and integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce CRM, data lakes, CMS) via RESTful APIs or middleware.
  • •Implement data processing and data engineering capabilities, including familiarity with data pipeline tools, data lakehouses (Fabric), and ETL pipelines.
  • •Apply compliance, governance, risk management, and regulatory understanding for AI systems, including security and privacy considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • •6 to 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and solution architecture, with proven track record designing and deploying AI solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI tools/platforms and Microsoft Azure, including strong ML foundations (algorithms, deep learning, data processing, systems integration).
  • •Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, plus familiarity with data pipeline tools and frameworks.
  • •Experience delivering AI/digital transformation in financial services or other highly regulated environments, including compliance, governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
