Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Relationship Managers to optimise client relationship value and deliver needs-based solutions and fair outcomes.
  • •Attend client meetings as needed and act as first point of contact for daily credit-related enquiries.
  • •Prepare financial, credit and profitability analysis, along with proposals and presentations for prospective customers.
  • •Support day-to-day RM activities including client planning, pipeline management, coordination with product partners, and maintaining accurate reports.
  • •Collaborate with Service Delivery to coordinate the end-to-end credit process, monitor credit risk, and handle escalation for risk issue response (Global Standards, AML and sanctions alerts).

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analysis and understanding of financial statements.
  • •Relevant experience supporting a manager or team in an administrative role.
  • •Excellent planning skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • •Advanced computer/IT skills, including Microsoft packages, with ability to prioritise workload effectively.
