Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and govern complex multi-workstream deployment programs (GPU, network, large-scale compute rack installations), travelling onsite to provide executive-level oversight and resolve escalations.
  • •Operate as a senior onsite point of contact for deployment status, risk, and cross-functional issue resolution to ensure end-to-end alignment with contracted solutions and business outcomes.
  • •Architect predictive risk frameworks to surface early warning signals (resource constraints, schedule drift, vendor gaps, construction readiness delays, logistics blockers) and drive pre-emptive interventions.
  • •Identify and champion lifecycle value and expansion opportunities across the portfolio by partnering with sales, pre-sales, and customer success and translating delivery insights into growth strategies.
  • •Mentor and onboard junior consultants and onsite resources, embedding AI-driven delivery innovation and continuous improvement to raise the practice’s performance bar.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years of progressive project and program management experience in technology services, IT infrastructure deployment, or data center operations with leadership of complex customer-facing programs.
  • •Executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills, coordinating across engineering, construction, networking, and operations, and advising C-level customer sponsors.
  • •Proven expertise governing concurrent multi-workstream deployment portfolios with rigorous scope, schedule, financial, and risk management, including real-time issue resolution.
  • •Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customer data center sites in the US, including extended onsite rotational periods.
  • •PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification.
