Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and steer electronics production associates to meet production schedules and organizational goals.
  • •Enforce company standards, policies, and rules across the production area.
  • •Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications; process non-conforming hardware to restore conforming state.
  • •Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans to eliminate defects and reduce downtime.

  • •Ability to read and interpret controlled documentation (e.g., wiring diagrams, assembly procedures/work instructions, engineering drawings, parts lists).
  • •Must be willing to work onsite and be available for A/B/C/D shift assignments; ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
