Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and ship the Campaign Builder and agent experiences end-to-end, including frontend, backend, prompts, and evals.
  • •Improve reliability on top of LLMs by building retries, fallbacks, and orchestration so failures are handled gracefully.
  • •Define quality through evals and guardrails, catching regressions and keeping brand and tone consistent.
  • •Optimize latency and the intent-to-output loop, using coding agents and agent networks to ship faster.
  • •Partner with product and design to prototype hard interactions and shape what ships; support engineering through code review and hiring.

Key Requirements

  • •Own features end-to-end across prompt, backend, and UI, with a full-stack mindset.
  • •Have shipped production systems on top of LLMs, including RAG, evals, and agent frameworks.
  • •Be strong in a backend language such as Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, or Ruby.
  • •Explain nuanced technical decisions clearly in writing and real time, using design docs effectively.
  • •Prototype and build in ambiguity, focusing on the hardest interactions without waiting for perfect specs.
